I have been on a roller coaster journey putting this into practice in my own life as so many of us experience the ups and downs of trying to stay physically fit!
PRACTICE and LISTENING are KEYwords. We don't always get it right 100% of the time and that's ok, just don't quit. Listen to your body it will tell you if you have been overworking and mistreating it. Taking time to heal means listening to your body. How are you planning to treat it TODAY?
